Google Showing Differently Results In Search Result Page

Most recently, I’ve searched about Nettuts on Google and found some interesting results with bit different result view. Google showing some messages and source are from Twitter. I don’t know is that any contract with Twitter to showing results such way or making it better for the user and bringing most recent and latest information from secure networks.
Also, you can see the @example and Pause/Resume button also exist and few words also track down from twitter. What do you think?
