Most recently Google doc’s official site posted about an new updates. On that updates, you can drag and drop any docs file from Gmail inbox without visiting Google Docs. When you updates any files or edit any files, most recent accessed files list will be available on gmail’s left sidebar as a list (see the images). You can drag and drop any files to share purpose with your friends. It’s simple and faster way to share your documents.

Google Docs also enabled search engine, thus you can search any files within a click.

This features available on Gmail Labs, just go to settings, Lab Tab annd enable Google Docs Gadgets. Save it and enjoy.
